Jason Castanza has committed several offenses to thte court, has submitted fraudulent documents to the court for judges to sign, He has placed judges injeopardy, has placed the integirty of the judicial system in jeopardy. I have a long list of violations that I am currently submitting to the Bar for review. Currently Castanza has three pending complaints on file that are waiting for a decision to be handed down. My word of advise to you is do not hire Mr. Castanza, find yourself a respectible lawyer.

I put 5's cuz they don't got 10's. Jason and his firm were wonderful. We got an investigator who pointed out things I didn't even see (and I was there!) They made me feel at ease about it all. Happy I went with them. Oh, we won the DMV hearing, THAT was a huge relief!

Here's a lawyer who told me NOT TO FIGHT it and it was the best advice I ever got!!!! Turns out, by not fighting it, we ended up fighting it in another court, but the prosecutor couldn't continue with the case and dumped it! I thought he was crazy at first, but it turns out he knew exactly what he was doing and it worked like magic! My buddy at work just got a DUI, so I'm gonna give him Jason's number (888) DUII-123. Everyone told me I was gonna lose, but it turns out that you have to go with the guys who know how to play the game! Thanks Jason!

You don't plan to get in trouble, but it sometimes happens. My life was at stake...I would've lost my professional license. But Jason and his group came through for me in the end. I would have paid double (thousands of dollars) and still feel that I got a great value. This guy know what he is doing. If you got a DUI, I say talk with The CAPETTI GROUP and in Eugene, talk to Jason!
