What can I say? The other lawyer that I had just kept saying "Yes" to the prosecutor. I was getting hosed! So I called this guy and he started out by telling the prosecutor that we were gonna start from the beginning. Long story short, the prosecutor came back all huffy like into the courtroom muttering under her breath that the new defense lawyer was an ****! I knew I had the right guy! :) In the end, I got the minimum!
