Just this last January I watched this attorney get beat down in an unlawful detainer case in Sacramento, where he was representing the Landlord. Not only did he get beat, but he got sanctioned by the judge, I'm guessing for misconduct of some sort.

I hired this attorney back in June 2017, now it is November 2017, and no work was done. He doesn't return my phone calls, and don't answer the phone's. I sent him a numerous emails he never returned my emails back.I paid him to file the court claim, and he didn't do that, tryed to take a deal I didn't want or ask for. He didn't do anything asked of him. Beware of this attorney look at the reviews before considering this attorney.

Did nothing timely except bill you. Did not return phone calls or respond to emails, but charged for each even when calling or emailing to inquire as to status of case. Charged for calls from opposing party. Never took action as promised nor provide info without being prompted. Then would bill you for each time prompted for next steps. Treats clients with ill will and disrespect.

he did not thoroughly explain the process. should there be a problem he wants more money. His lack of communication, follow up, and empathy make him a terrible choice to reprensent anyone.Even if you need to pay more, you would be better off to use another attorney.

We have been taken for a ride by this attorney. Lack of communication is the main problem. The last straw is he was supposed to file a motion and never did. No response to phone calls, emails only tiny responses by text. Not helpful explanations, only leaves us with more questions. We are very disappointed and under a lot of extra stress because of this lack of communication. Steve's web site is very untruthful regarding his client concern and service.

He didn't follow through He'd go days and not return phone calls and/or emails. If given the choice, Iwould use a first year lawyer before him. Beware.

charges fees, and does not do like he said he would do. he told us he filed our law suit, he would never return our phone calls or e-mails. spoke with superior court in our county, could not find our case . he made this a very stressfull transaction for me and my husband which has caused me a health issue because he did not take care of our afairs in a timly manner
