I was referred to this lawyer by the San Mateo County lawyer referral. He called me and immediately made assumptions, and looked for loopholes as to why not to help me. He was rude, abrasive, constantly talked over me, interrupted me, and berated me. I could barely get a word in edgeways during our brief conversation.

The man is smart, he knows his stuff, and comes across smooth and caring, but he is a shark. He will tell you one price and take your money, but then send you six months of worth of bills that you never knew was coming and never agreed to! Too bad he is such a crook, he could be a good lawyer if he just did it right.

Charged twice the initial estimate although there was no probate, no claims or liens, clear title and existing valid wills and a trust. Refused to answer questions about his course of action or allow us to provide any input affecting the estate planning process. After the final papers were signed we discovered that key components to the trust had never been completed.
