This lawyer agreed to take my case, spoke with him several times on the telephone about meeting places, this lawyer never showed up to a single one of them. One afternoon the lawyer agreed to meet me at a restaurant before I went to work, an hour and a half passed by, before the lawyer gave me the courtesy to tell me that he was in fact not going to be there, he was 3 hours away in another city! No text, phone call or any other courtesy of letting me know that he was not going to make it to the appt. This left me in quite a bind as I had a pendente lite meeting in a month or so.
