In my experience Brian Donesley was ill prepared, disorganized, & misdirected. At the first hearing the judge was put off by his sloppy presentation of my case & had little interest in hearing what Brian had to say. His priority was first getting a judge to cover his fees for representation then second myself. Examples of poor representation: he misspoke saying I had an illness that had I never discussed with him, nor do I have. After the poor outcome of my initial hearing he then decided he no longer wanted to represent me. Many of the documents filed with the court had misspelling & were copy/paste from my email responses to him. Later I was told by new representation that his lack of discretion caused information opposing counsel could use against me to be filed. After his withdrawing from my case he claimed my fees had rocketed to approx $30k & failed/refused to provide a detailed statement. Unfortunately, Brian proved to be manipulative, unprofessional, & ultimately dishonest.
