She is rude and unprofessional. She doesn't have enough knowledge or experience to handle simple immigration cases leave alone any complications. Most of the advise given by her was incorrect and fetched severe caution when I tried to get second opinion on the concerned matters. She definitely doesn't appreciate her customers time and it shows with her delay in responses and rude behavior. The amount of money she charges for standard services are higher than average market rates. Considering the substandard service she offers, I wouldn't recommend using her office for any immigration related matters. Going by her behavior with customers, I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
