He charges for things he didn’t even do, then threatens to sue. Worst decision I could of ever made hiring this guy. Very bad experience!

Reached out to Matthew by e-mail and his reply was insulting. Decided not to use him based on that so I've rated him neutral on everything else. Hopefully it was a one-off but I'm not paying him to find out!

Beware he will charge you for things that he never did and then sue you for 4 times what is owed!
