Never returns phone calls. Avoid at all cost. Secretary got rude when I requested all my paperwork back. Billing is months behind. Called everyday for 3 weeks about my case and nothing just a big bill. Doesn't even respond to emails. Take your business somewhere else if you want some communication.

No one will call you back, waiting 6 months now for update on my case. Secretary hangs up or avoids you. Have had to start doing my own case work, only to discover that they lied and don't seem to have understanding of basic state laws. Doesn't follow thru. Waste of money. I would've been better off doing this myself...I basically am now anyway..I will be contacting the MT Bar Association.

Do not try to get any results from this lawyer, the secretary hangs up the phone on you, you lose very valuable time, he doesn't get back to you, he is not honest and you get treated like you are a nobody. I gave him a stack of paperwork to get an opinion, he promised to get back to me in 2 days, haven't heard from him in 4 weeks, tried to call him, never returned my calls and my paperwork were put on a table outside of his office where 100 people could have grabbed them.
