This man is a very serious criminal, he should have been in prison as a thief and elder abuser years ago with all the attrocities he has committed as a "guardian" and "conservator" to innocent citizens. Unfortunately, he and his other criminal, elder-abusing pals are in bed with all of the probate judges--I wonder what they are being given in return to allow all of this abuse in their courtrooms????? This is a MASSIVE ESTATE RIP OFF SCHEME, an actual racketeering ring, being run out of the Oakland County Probate Courts! And Oakland county is one of the hotspots for these crimes due to lots of money, corrupt judges (all 4 are corrupt) and LOTS of criminals with law licenses who have ZERO moral/ethics. They were ALL fired as public administrators by Shady Schuette and Nessel, but the AGs have allowed these criminal elder abusers to continue on with their crimes without investigation---WHY IS THAT???? This lawyer was removed as an Oakland County public administrator by the Michigan Attorney General. I would avoid this attorney.

Brennan has been sent papers 3 times removing him as my Conservator. Now that I’m not supposed to even need one he is still charging me more fees than my income and doing nothing

My family has a brother in a vegetative state. The court forced Fraser on to us because we were trying to get control over my brother from his wife of 5 months that was stealing his money. Fraser was biased from day one. He would not return our phone calls and even our lawyer didn’t get a call back for 4 days. He would not answer our questions about what he’s been doing with my brothers assets. He still hasn’t turned over all financial statements that were subpoenaed by our lawyer. He also refuses to pay me the money I put in my brothers business to keep it going. He also threaten to call the cops on me for having a go fund page for my brother. Judge Jennifer Callahan that put him in charge in connected to another lawyer that is being investigated for the same things Fraser is doing. He just got full control of him and his assets so i aspect everything to be gone quickly. My sister has filed a grievance against him with the state attorneys office. If u have money to fight him do it.

Never helped me and didn’t even follow judges orders. Did not pay my bills but spent all my money so now I’m on Medicaid. Credit rating changed from 780 to 530 then they told me I was free to get an apartment, but no one will rent to me cause he spent all my money, Got rid of all my things, motorhome, house, and never paid a bill.

Mr Frazer was appointed gaurdianship to a friend. It was a waste of time. He did nothing significant to help my friend as a leagal gaurdian. He only cares about money. I do not recommend appointing him as a Legal Gaurdian or using him for any means of representing as your lawyer.

I cannot understand the bad reviews. During my tenure working with Mr. Fraser and his staff - they have been nothing but wonderful. If it weren't for my crazy sibling, we would have been able to handle the matter out of court but because there was fighting the court appointed a public administrator. I am so thankful for the care and assistance provided.

If I could rate him a negative 5 I would. This man is out of control. I can only give brief details in this message as I am trying to break his reign. He has been on my grandfathers estate for years....2012-current. If you have documents you don't understand in estates or probate he will use them against you and treat you like the dumbass you are. Literally this guy will only protect himself at your expense. He can take simple relatable cases and blow them out of proportion or delay them. He can take a million dollar + estate and turn it into nothing, like magic!!! Never allow him as a part of your estate planning/probate actions. He was put on to my grandfathers estate through conservatorship but after the case was won and you think you can trust him in your estate documents "Trusts," etc. Take this advise don't. My grandfather put Tom in a trust with my father and he has made my fathers life a living hell! Estate plans are for protecting assets/businesses not selling them!

This attorney is so compassionate when it comes to the needs of the elderly or mentally ill. I have never seen my parent treated with more respect and protected.

Though appointed as guardian and conservator, Mr. Fraser was MIA as guardian and focused on getting paid a conservator. He did nothing of significance to protect his protected individual. In fact, he appeared to be pursuing his own agenda as opposed to the best interests of his protected individual. He is an aggressive lawyer who pushes the ethical limits of the legal profession. As a public administrator he has crossed far over that line. Avoid him in any capacity.

Extremely rude individual and as for an attorney, his demeanor and court presence is atrocious. He is never available when called and his answering service (as he does not maintain an office)is also rude and unhelpful. It is a SHAME that he was put in charge of my Father's Estate while I was out of the country. When I returned, my Father's Estate had been sold off to pay HIS FEES. I do not know how Oakland County tolerated abuse of his position. BEWARE OF THOMAS BRENNAN FRASER.

I don't know what I would have done without the firm of Thomas Brennan Fraser. They truly cared about my mom's suffering. They brought such care to what seemed to be an impossible situation. I found them to be a blessing to deal with. I'm thankful for their wisdom, compassion, and intelligence. This is an exceptional group. Thank you again to Mr. Fraser and his staff.

Thomas Brennan Fraser - I believe this man is rude and unprofessional at the least, and could possibly be unethical (unproven at this time, though). I believe he should not be a court-appointed guardian as he has not represented my parent in a manner that meets my or her expectations or needs - most if not all of her pleas have been ignored by him from what I can see. I believe he is more interested in the needs of the nursing facilities than the elderly people he represents as their "guardian". If you hear of his name mentioned as a potential guardian for your loved one, PLEASE CHECK HIM OUT THOROUGHLY and tell the judge "no" - pick another guardian. I feel from his treatment of my mother's case that he may treat many of his clients the same - please avoid heartbreak by requesting the court not appoint him as a guardian for your loved one. One final word: RUN!
