Incompetence -charges an arm and a leg - after losing 7000, we finally cut and run with literally nothing accomplished. He once billed us 3.7 hours for something that finished by 10:00 a.m.

Comes across as a clear communicator and fair mediator well that couldn't be further from the truth ! Overcharged me for work that I ended up doing myself and then after much deliberation showed up late to represent me on a day that he filed without telling me a form stating that I wanted to testify first .Thankfully the judge saw thru his lack of preparedness and lack of understanding as what was going on and for the most part I was able to get through it and he slapped him on the hand for his charge per hour for the amount of work performed ! Stear clear not in for anyone but himself !

DON’T USE THIS LAWYER!!! Unless you want a bill for services you did not authorize, a higher per-hour rate than originally quoted and an attorney who is dismissive of and unresponsive to your legitimate concerns, steer clear of william ausman (who doesn’t deserve to have his name capitalized!).
Mr. Ausman made an unauthorized charge to my credit card and when confronted refused to reverse it.
I was finally able to get a hearing in front of the California Bar Association during which a judgment was rendered that awarded me a refund --- and would like to spare other people needing competent, honest legal assistance the ordeal I had to go through. ANTHONY MORROCCO
