If I could give less than a star I would. I received a speeding ticket and contacted the law firm for advice. They assumed that that meant they were to represent me. I never signed a retainer document or paid a retainer fee. They showed up to my first trial (without being asked) and sent a second trial date. They then told me my trial date was at 1pm I showed up to my trial only to be told it was at 10am that morning and it never was changed plus a lawyer came in for me. Again I did not ask them to show up and still did not pay a fee. To get the results of the trial I had to pay a retainer fee. 2 weeks later I find out they last my case. When I contacted them about their shady practice they hung up on me.
They would never speak to me not even when I was interested in possibly using their legal help.

They are terrible... Just be carefull dont send your information for them... Because they will go to court without your permition and apeal as a guilty... Just they get money to go to court instead of you... I think every one knows how to go to court and appeal guilty ...

I paid Liz for a ticket to appear almost a year ago. Her office staff told me it was going to trial and they will let me know whats going on, Now it went to collections and my license will be suspended if I don't pay over $1400.00 in about 30 days. I never heard anything from them and I am always having to call and talk to her staff that never know what is going on. CIVIL

She was able to get my both cases dismissed without even having me standing front of the judge and without saying a word.

Even though my ticket was not dismissed-it was a longshot anyway-she did get fine reduced. And even after returning my $100 fee, she still took the time to respond to all my emails when I had questions about traffic school.

Hired Liz to defend my 80 mph in a 65 zone. She dragged it out to a trial date and without letting the cat out of the bag, she got it dismissed because the officer didn't do his job properly. Love it when the system works! I Highly recommend her!

Liz has been awesome, my move to CA seems to have brought out a welcoming committee of guys with flashing lights. Thanks to Liz two speeding tickets and a license violation went away. Had to pony up on an illegal turn violation but when all is said and done, a few bucks to the court is better then massively increased insurance. Liz and her assistance are always quick to reply if called and always made sure I was well aware of where thing stood. Although I do hope to never have to use her services again!

Law office never contacted me to let me know what was going on. Had to contact law firm myself. They didn't seem to care what my defense for speeding was. Then pleads guilty on my behalf.....without saying a word to me....

Not only did Elizabeth Aronson not get my ticket reduced, she pled guilty and ended up costing me almost $100.00 more than I would have had to pay had I not hired her (total of $445). A big waste of time and money - the advertisements are false.

this attorney is the smartest and best i have ever seen. some people that complain dont really know what the system does. attorneys dont have alot of time for gibberish! when you want to tell your story about "why you are guilty,but" you have pretty much said you are guilty. let attorneys do their job. this attorney definetly knows what she is doing! nothing is 100% guaranteed. you can't go wrong with her.

I had a traffic ticket for going 10 mph faster than the 65 mph limit on the highway. I have never had a traffic ticket before and decided to hire a lawyer by advice from a friend. In short, here is what happened:
- Ticket not dismissed.
- Ticket not reduced, but told that it was.
- Did not receive my money back.
- Told it was reduced to a non-moving violation, but it was not.
- Refusal to let me speak to Elizabeth Aronson.
Despite it being written all over their webiste that if the ticket is not dismissed than you get your money back, they will have you sign a form in order to use their service that apparently waives your right to get your money back if it is amended to a "non-moving violation." They told me it was amended to non-moving and that the fee was reduced, both which wasn't true. I was told I would receive a call from Ms. Aronson after being refused to be able to speak with her, and that never happened.

she not only TREATED ME WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY SHE RETURNED ALL CALLS WITHIN 48 HOURS, SHE HAD 5 TRAFFIC TICKETS ISSUE BY CHP ONE FOR SPEEDING 17 MILES OVER THE LIMIT, THE second for no license plate. and third for no seatbelt, fourth for tinted windows, and fifth, for talking on my cell phone GOD BLESS ATTORNEYS

ATTORNEY WAS GREAT I HAD a motorcycle helmet( driving w/o a helmet) ticket given 2 me my CHP she was able to continue it for 3 months cop showed up and she still had it dismissed she is good! I personally utilized her in the past and would recommend her she only charges $100 if she cant get a moving violation dismissed she gives you your money back in my case 0 points on my license and a clear driving record i will be getting that goOd driver discount (lol)THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP

I got stuck with one of those horrible $500+ red light tickets for rolling a right turn... I had no idea they took videos. I was totally at fault but I feel that the crime in no way matched the punishment so I wanted to fight the ticket. Elizabeth was straight with me, the video evidence is pretty condemning and Vista Court is supposed to be pretty tough. Somehow she found a form that wasn't submitted properly when they installed the cameras and I got off on a technicality! Thank You Elizabeth!!!

My wife and I hired this attorney for a simple misdemenor case. That was a mistake. It was clear that she had very little if not personal contact with her clients. She never seemed to be in and it seemed that we were forced to always speak to an assistant. When we did finally get to talk to her she could not tell us much of anything about the case. She did not seem to even know who we were. She seemed to know alot about criminal law but she really needs to work on her people skills.

had my san diego trolley ticket dismissed on a motion hearing. motion 2 dismiss for failure to provide discovery as required under california pc section 1054.1-1054.5 added by prop 115 kick ass lawyer. ill recommend her
