Mr. Bloss has been instrumental in assisting me with a very complex and dire situation involving business and financial agreements made worse by other attorney's failure to act effectively in a timely manner. Mr. Bloss communicates very clearly and genuinely appears to care about advocating for me and my needs with other attorneys who have not had my best interests at heart. I most highly recommend Mr. Bloss to anyone who needs advocacy and litigation representation. Although my property was already in foreclosure when I found Mr. Bloss, he has effectively and efficiently identified several strategies to help me recover from that loss through litigation with the hard money lender who foreclosed on our apartments.
