Although he is tough to get in touch with he is a great Attorney. The staff is great and Mr. Moots knows his law. I would recommend him to anyone who is dealing with a family issue.

He may know his law, but his lazy work ethic make it hard to be sure. After consistently saying that he would or had filed a motion, we would find that he was too busy, or hadn't gotten around to it yet. When it was time for trial, and we could get no more continuances - he filed a motion to withdraw as the lawyer on the case, giving us exactly one days notice. This is after paying him more then $20,000. Stay FAR away from this man if you are going through a divorce!
