I was dealing with a really difficult situation and he was honest and direct on my questions about my case. He was not able to help me, but definably if I need an attorney in the future he will be the first one I will call. The best real estate attorney in the IE.

I believe that the other person that wrote a negative rating of this attorney must be confused, because this attorney if the best attorney I have aver meet, he is honest, he will tell if you are able to do something or not, he will not charge for something he is not able to do. I have use this attorney for many, many years and if you ask around for the best Real Estate attorney in town you will find that Wacy Armstrong, Jr. is the best.

LONG STORY SHORT.PAID $500 FOR A 10 MINUTE CONVERSATION AND FOR HIS SECRETARY TO TYPE UP A CORRECTED GRANT DEED WHICH I PICKED UP RECORDED AND PAID FOR MYSELF AND INCLUDED "IF YOU NEED ANYTHING ELSE JUST LET ME KNOW". IN JULY WE NEEDED A FIVE LINE PARAGRAPH WHICH WOULD HAVE TAKEN FIVE MINUTES TO WRITE AND WE EVEN TOLD HIM THE POINTS TO ADDRESS IN ORDER TO SUBMIT TO THE IRS STATING WHAT WE HAD DONE SO WE COULD FINISH FILING OUR TAXES BEFORE THE EXTENSION RAN OUT IN OCTOBER.STARTED CALLING HIM IN JULY WHICH EXCALATED TO CALLING HIS OFFICE EVERYDAY SOMETIMES TWICE A DAY. HE NEVER DID RETURN ANY OF MY BROTHER'S OR MY PHONE CALLS OR LEAVE A MESSAGE WITH HIS SECRETARY OR ON ONE OF OUR MACHINES.JUST LEFT US HANGING.WE WERE DEPENDING ON HIM TO FINISH HELPING US. THIS WAS SERIOUS AND WE BECAME DESPRATE AND FINALLY ON 9/19/08 AFTER MORE RESEARCH WE WENT IN ANOTHER DIRECTION.WE FOUND THIS TO BE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.HE AT LEAST COULD HAVE CALLED AND SAID NO.LEGAL FIRST. NOT IMPRESSED.
