As a Public Defender assigned to me, Mr. Davidson assured me that he would get my simple misdemeanor dismissed. One month later, I called him to touch base on hearing dates, etc. When I reminded him of what he told me, he immediately raised his voice demanding I "stop accusing him" then he hung up on me! Does this seem like a professional to you? What is a person to do when treated like this by a "professional" who is supposed to help others and must function under an Attorney Code of Ethics? Should I report this? And now I read articles about how he got a judge removed only to learn that HE is the person who replaced that judge! Mr. Brad Davidson, shame on you. You seem to be more of a trouble maker than anything else. Don't take my word for it. Look him up. Read about his actions for yourself. Draw your own conclusions. I did.
