My case went on for over three years. In that time, I supplied numerous emails outlining the details of my wrongful termination lawsuit. Most emails went ignored and unanswered. When the opposing counsel admitted lying in a report to the state of Connecticut, I asked for a copy of the admission multiple times from attorneys and associates. I never received a copy. During the motions made by Sabatini, most of the evidence that I supplied which proved my case was left out. I was incredibly frustrated when my case didn’t survive summary judgement (especially when my supplied information and the admission by the defense was omitted).
After filing an appeal, I submitted a summary of the evidence supporting the case. During the appeal, I was mortified having to listen to Sabatini be unable to give satisfactory answers to the judges, omit vital pieces of information, and spend valuable time debating a point that wasn’t even in dispute. I wasn’t even told that the appeal happened.

By far the worst attorney I've ever dealt with. Go with a reputable lawyer that has a history winning. Most importantly a lawyer that keep his word.

Stay as far away from this atty. as possible. I hired him 2.5 years ago to handle a car accident. He doesn't return phone calls, emails, and keeps you in the dark about your case. I am making a complaint to the state against him. He is a big fat zero!!

James represented me in two cases.Where do i start.The first case he ran it out until it was time to go to court and then in a pre court meeting told that i would not win in court.He told me he could get me $450,000.OO in my case console with him.After forcing me to settle for the insurance company offer say that the insurance company lawyer would tare me up in court.This case involved me being hit while stopped at a stop sign on my motorcycle. It took 18 months for him to give me my settlement and he turned the case over to his father who i found to be very, very rude.Upon giving me the settlement check he said that we would make up the lose of this in the second case he was handling for me.In that case he went to court and i could of handled the case better than him.He was terrible court attorney.In this case he said that he could get $250,000.00 and the settlement was less than what the insurance company had offered before trial.I found that James lied to me and play the lawyer car

I have known Attorney Sabatini for years. I have used him for various legal matters and have asked him for legal advice. He has always given me excellent advice and has handled my legal matters to my satisfaction. I intend on using him in the future and I recommend my friends to use him when they need a lawyer in Connecticut.

Terrible lawyer, took my money and did not do anything. Totally disregarded the case, did not reply my: calls, emails, questions. Missed all the case deadlines , and so I lost time, money, and many sleepless nights. Asked for a refund, he denied my money. Worst Lawyer I ever had.

My case was expired because of his delay. I had called him hundreds of times but never get ANY callback.Before we signed the contract, he promised anything you asked.He even mix my case with another case. All in all, he is not helpful at all.
