I was very dissatisfied with many aspects of Shannon's work. We didn't communicate well, she spent way too much time on the project and after we were told we would get the signed documents in the mail she kept them and continued to work on our behalf even though we thought we were done once we signed everything. And yes she billed us for it too. Save your money and interview well and read reviews prior to hiring.
