It is a great feeling to know that there are attorneys out there that really care about their clients and the results would deliver. Although my case is not over and it will take a while to be solved I feel that I have the support and the knowledge of a veteran by my side to get me through.
My case is very complicated and problematic Tom's 35 years of experience and knowledge helps to face and solve the issues as they come up. From day one Tom was upfront with all the possibilities and expectations.
I can't thank Tom enough for understanding of my financial situation. Divorce can get very expensive very fast, faster than I ever imagined. Although it is scary and very upsetting, Tom gets me through the challenges I face every time. I appreciate his patience and time spent to help me understand the legalities and procedures.

IMO, he did a BAD job on my case. This is my opinion of the situation. He insisted on going to court even though my ex-wife and I agreed on almost everything. He extended the case out as long as possible. He tried to sign me up for very bad spousal support. Finally, I substituted him with another attorney and we settled the divorce without him.

Tom was my attorney almost three years ago. My case was very complicated and involved so many problematic headaches. Tom helped me to navigate my options in my case, he is very knowledgeable in divorce and custody. What attracted me to his office was his track record for winning cases and 35 years of family law experience. Tom thought of strategies I could have never come to on my own for other issues in my case. Overall, he did an outstanding job! I can’t believe someone would say bad things about his firm, that just can’t be all true and people need to have a better understanding on billing.
Tom allowed his staff to do some work without pay, which I greatly appreciate and acknowledge! Special thanks go to his legal assistant Tracie and Liz, both did a great job pulling my trial documents together. they were all very supportive to my case and willing to assist as needed.

just wrapped up my divorce case with Thomas Chase Stutzman APC and the entire experience was phenomenal!!! I had such an overall positive experience, I felt the need to share it with everyone.
I had a 2 half day trial coming up in 10 days. I called their office and spoke to Mr. Stutzman himself. He had John Perrott, his associate taking on my case. from that day on and the next 10 days leading up to my trial, John worked tirelessly and aggressively for me. i had a really bad experience with my former lawyer and thought all lawyers are all lying snakes. But I guess I just picked the wrong one. Working with John made me realize the monumental benefits of having a great lawyer can have on the outcome of your case.
John was quick to draft writings to effectively argue my case. He was very detail orientated and thorough. I was very unsure about going to trial before I went to see Thomas Chase Stutzman APC, but after I met with Tom and John for the initial consultation, I felt very co

This law firm was very helpful. The paralegal I worked with was very knowledgeable, and helped me very much. I felt very comfortable with them, and they did a lot of work to help me. They were very nice, and they explained my options to me very clearly. After talking with the attorney and the paralegal I knew what my choices were, and they helped me to make good decisions. Attorney John Perrott was very professional, and he talked to me and answered all my questions. Attorney Thomas Chase Stutzman charged reasonable fees. I am very satisfied.

I worked for this attorney temporarily and I quit w/in 4 wks despite the economy. I have worked in family law for over 8 yrs. and have seen some overreaching on the billing but this man Stutzman is absurd! He bills clients for unnecessary, unjustifiable charges. He also gets mad at his staff for settling a case. He states that if the case settles he doesn't get paid. He insists that his staff drag cases out. I warn you all please refrain from coming here. You will just waste your money and get nothing resolved in your case.

Avoid him at all costs. Very incompetent. Does not read your file at all. Comes to court unprepared. Very embarassing and disappointing. Will run up fees unnecessarily. When repeat himself on the phone over and over racking up minutes to bill you. His only interest is how to charge the client not represent them. He is a Total disappointment. Don't waste your time with him.

Is not capable of understanding your case. Will take your money and run up fees, and then won't refund unused portions of retainer. Is an unethical cheater. Avoid this guy.
