We have been trying to settle a parenting time case since January of this year. Mr. Chappell is the attorney representing the other parent. He has been slow to respond to our attorney, he has been rude to both us and our attorney, he lied to the court when we had a trial, stating his client was willing to settle, and then demanded a number of additional changes be made. He is NOT the attorney you want to work with.
