It is nearly impossible to get a hold of Sudar. His team of answering interns is lazy and will even hang up on you if they are bored with the call. Once I finally did get to talk to him, he rarely remembered who I was and what my case was about. On top of that, he proceeded with my case several times in court with out warning me or discussing the case with me. He had absolutely no idea what happened the night of the incident, yet went in to court and represented me? And if that wasn't enough, the day I finally was allowed to meet him (the day of my trial!), he was sickly and out of his mind! I am not exaggerating in the slightest. At the very moment the judge asked me my plea, Sudar FAINTED!! Right on the stand! Court was temporarily stopped and everyone had to leave. He's okay now, but my case never recovered. This is NOT a man you want representing you for any reason. Please, for your own sake, avoid the Law Offices of Richard Sudar at all costs!
