Terrible service. Mechanics of NIW petition are straight forward. Her office promised white-glove service and this is why I paid 50% upfront with a retainer. The letter drafts I received for fact-checking had more typos and grammar errors than there were correct words. Upon asking, she reassured me that her clerks are native speakers with academic training. I disengaged and moved to another provided with losing upfront money. Whatever low price she offers compared to the market, comes with much lower quality.
