My case was regarding Guardianship for one of my parents. Jay Did NOT prepare me for how things would go in court. He did not tell me to write down any questions that needed to be asked so the facts could be brought out to prove her husband was not suitable to be a guardian! Jay seemed to be working for the other side and spent quite a bit of time talking to the other attorney the first day in court, & prior to court he just wanted to work things out instead of doing what I hired him for. Jay likes to keep you on the phone because this is how he gets paid. The more you talk & the more he talks to others it just keeps adding up but you don't get the results you hired the person for. Jay seems like an ok guy but will he be working for you or the other side ?
