Very poor knowledge of simple matter. Promised that legal papers will be done promtly and professionaly and reassured that her personal signature is sufficient for international apostile. Once letter was donem it was refused to be apostiled in Sacramento, since lawer's signature IS NOT sufficient and requires to be autorized by notary. On the enquire to redo the letter she asked to pay repeat fee and refused to negotiate stating that she spent her "valuable" time on preparing the first letter and she delivered what she was asked to do. Obviously, she didn't know basic rules, but nevertheless took a job just to make fast money without caring for outcome. Very unprofessional and unlikely to protect interest of her clients.

Stay away from her. She is disorganized, not knowledgeable enough to handle a simple case in the court. She will get you into more trouble and charge a lot of money for it, convincing you that her mistakes can be amended by the appeals. But all her appeals get denied by the court. Don't waste your money!

I can't stress enough that if you're considering using Svitlana Sangary you should think twice. She is an embezzler. If she owes you money, she will not return your calls, nor answer emails. My mom who is 90% blind asked her to deliver $3K to me when she was visiting with her mother (she is her aquiantance)in Ukraine. She agreed. It was at the end of Dec 2011. At the end of Jan. she mailed me a check without signature, explained that she is "exhausted" and asked to mail it back to her. I did. Never heard back from her since. How can you traust your legal problems to an indecent lier? I would stay away.

She filed suit for us and was dismissed by court for 'failure to state a cuase of action' - three times she file complaint, and three times court dismiss.
