Strange would be one of the terms I would use for Deb. Not only is her appearance that of a teen from New Jersey her crass attitude and personality match. She intentionally causes conflict and presents poorly in court. I would be VERY cautious when dealing with this woman. It is not surprising that she has joined DBB, a firm that strongly favours and and are jealous of women.

Cookie cutter lawyer at high price. Procrastinator. Has decent knowledge but is not up to date on what is going on in the legal community. Not recommended.

Overall, Deb's great. She can be very abrasive and her personal style borders on extreme, particularly as her fashion sense seems to belong to a younger woman. I found her very knowledgeable and confident, and she seems to command respect from other lawyers. Don't see Deb if you're not comfortable with the unvarnished truth. But Deb gets things done: it likely won't be a comfortable ride, but she'll see you there.

I am dealing with a very difficult case - seemed very cut and dry until my ex switched his lawyer to a "bulldog" lawyer who has been very aggressive and tactical - my ex has problems that should make this a clear cut custody case but has found money to make things look less "bad" - my lawyer at the time stated she could not handle his new lawyer and referred my to Deborah - Luckily Deborah has accepted my case and has been kind and understanding. I get extremely frustrated with what the law "allows" and also with what defense money can buy. Deborah is fighting for me.

After years of fighting and getting nowhere, I hired Deborah. She was able to get my file settled fast and efficiently. I highly recommend her and was very happy with the outcome and how fast it was done.

This lawyer is only there to take your money. She will lure you in as a client and take as much as she can. She uses delay tactics and takes a small situation and creates more of a situation for her clients. We had a small problem but made it worse for us in the end. She dresses like she's ready to hit a night club. Stay away!!!

Deborah was on top of my file and treated me with kindness and had a fair and excellent presentation in court. My ex may have felt that she was the worst person on earth but that was only because she exposed the truth. Expensive yes, but what lawyer isn't.

Ms. Shennette had my file for some time and honestly, I cant recommend her. Total egomaniac (although most them are). She attracts clients by acting like she can make a differnce for you, but she will gradually stop moving your file anywhere, will avoid your calls and then periodically hand out huge bills for? She actually told me that I would see a change in my file just by retaining her. I didn't and eventually I moved my file elsewhere.

after nearly $200,000.00 this woman persisted to hold the threat of losing my boy over my head as a way to continue to collect checks. when it was finally suggested that my resources were running low, she stopped accepting my calls and delegated my fiel to a junior lawyer who almosy immediately lost every bit of ground i had gained in a long and extensive custody battle, even after her assurance that her personla friend would be performing a bilateral custody assessment($20,000.00, dr. perry sirota, sirota psychological) and she laughed about his personal plight and divorce. this person barely qualifies for membership to the human race.
